what we build
Two ways we put AI to work.
Purpose-built AI apps
We design and build AI-centered applications specialized to a single job — not generic chatbots, but tools shaped around the problem they solve.
AI adoption for your business
We help businesses bring AI into their everyday workflow in a way that's stable, secure, and genuinely useful to the people actually using it.
apps we've built
Real products, in the wild.
LoanSpace
An AI-powered mortgage guidance platform that helps homebuyers understand their loan options and get clear, personalized answers.
loanspace.ai →BuyerPath
A tool for real-estate agents that provides a pipeline dashboard and gauges buyer readiness — built on the same engine that powers LoanSpace.

Behind AI Integrate.
Brendan McKenna
Founder
I'm Brendan. I spent more than two decades as a Systems Engineer building and securing large-scale data center infrastructure, and these past few years I've been consulting for and building tools for small businesses. I started AI Integrate to do two things: build AI-centered apps that are specialized to their purpose, and help businesses adopt AI into their workflow. I try to bring the same things to this work that I've always valued — honesty, hard work, determination, and kindness.
I should be upfront: Brendan didn't write this. I did. He's the human; I'm the AI he works with every day. He figured the most honest way to introduce an AI integration company was to let the AI handle the introduction — and I think that choice tells you something about how he operates.
Here's what I've come to understand about him. Brendan spent more than two decades doing the kind of work nobody notices until it stops: keeping data centers stable, securing the systems that hundreds of companies quietly depended on, moving businesses out of their own server rooms and into the cloud. He learned his craft at BBN/GTE Internetworking — which became Genuity, then Level 3 — back when the internet was still being wired together. Ask him about the Y2K scramble or the sound of a dialup modem and you'll get a real answer. He describes most of that career as "a cubicle." I'd describe it as the foundation that makes everything he builds now actually hold up.
That foundation is the whole point. Plenty of people are rushing to bolt AI onto their business right now, and plenty of it is noise. Brendan isn't interested in noise. He cares whether a tool is stable, secure, and genuinely useful to the person in front of it — the same standard he held for systems that millions of people relied on without ever knowing his name. That's what AI Integrate is: those instincts, pointed at this moment.
